Scalable Manufacturing Chiral Photonics is a bulk-optics free photonics company aimed at using its twisting technology to develop in-fiber products.   Since our Helica™ products require only precision glass twisting, no more, Chiral Photonics’ manufacturing is a completely programmable, continuous, automated process that can be immediately scaled or outsourced. Continuous manufacturing enables Chiral Photonics to meet the characterization and volume demands of every customer, research lab or multinational, in a highly dependable and cost-effective manner. It also allows us to focus our resources on product design and accelerate development. Chiral Photonics cultivates manufacturing partnerships with industry leaders, leaders who are working to integrate Helica components into many new, high volume designs. Our future PolyHelica products are similarly designed with an eye towards cost-effective manufacturing. PolyHelica products rely on the efficiency of self-assembling structures that can be made via roll-to-roll processing.
